Thematic Partnership

There are thematic partnerships for crime, education, health, children and young people and social inclusion. They create many projects that help improve local services

Thematic partnerships work at an operational level, delivering services to meet the various priorities as set out in the Community Strategy

Each thematic partnership has a core group and a number of delivery groups, each with a single objective and targets. This structure allows the partnership to incorporate key priorities that are affecting the district, enabling an individual focus on areas of key concern and providing time and expertise to develop a number of strategies and initiatives that can, with guidance from the core thematic group, deliver improvements in the district.
